What is covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
- Structural faults that are present from manufacture.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, and natural variation in wood grain, colour and fabric.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or incorrect cleaning.
- Changes caused by exposure to extreme heat, damp or direct sunlight.
How to make a claim
